Message	status here, which would skip emissions (since I can't get to a local shop if i'm living in a different province), however dunno about getting the insurance from BC to work in the US. Insurance does cost more to be out-of-province (and if possible, would assume it would be so if out-of-country), but I don't really wanna rock some "Beautiful British Columbia" license plates while living in Cali.
